Customers can exchange/return their order within 15 days after an order has been delivered.
In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at connect@mistymonk.com and we will get back to you.
If you have to return or exchange anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
Self-Ship: If we don’t offer a pick up at your location, we request you to self-ship the product to us.
After we receive the package and perform all the necessary quality checks, refund for all prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment mode. In case of COD order we will refund the amount via bank transfer. Our support team will get in touch with you to obtain all the necessary information to process the refund. In case we are unable to contact you or don’t receive bank details within 48 hours of the request. We will draw a cheque in favour our billing name and send it to the billing address by speedpost.Refund of Shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
For exchanges, Please write to us at connect@mistymonk.com describing the reason of exchange. We will try our best to help you with it.
Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
